The best Apple in the World.

So I've been spending my Sunday morning looking through old photos. And I reluctantly opened up my America 2008 file - big mistake! Why, you ask, did I approach my snaps with such reluctance? Well it's just that whenever I look at them all I want to do is jump on a plane and recreate some more memories like these.

New York is one of my favourite city's, it goes without saying.

And I am planning another visit soon, hopefully.

Excuse the crap photo's - there are just so many and on this lazy Sunday morning I really didn't have the energy to choose my favourites.

So I'm pretty darn excited about the arrival of my leather couches this week! I am now finally able to get my little shelter to the place I want it to be.

Do you like my little Mexican senorita by the way? She has a friend, and I love both of them!

Kingsley Heath

I went to the Kingsley Heath opening in Eastgate last month.

Well overdue, I know, sorry guys!

And what a gorgeous store - full of wonderful smelling leather and wood.

African Luxury, yes sir reeeeee.

I picked up a sweet little grey melange waist coat and a bottle of Kingsley perfume, iRozi.

And about a litre of champagne and 500 canapes too.

If you're in the area and feel like getting into the posh African safari vibe, give Kingsley a little visit.

Their ladies vests are gorgeous too - think sequinned bovine and sparkly wildlife prints.

Floral bows & Baby pinks, Silver hearts & Scarabs.

What I wore today.

I've had my scarab necklace for so long, but don't recall ever sharing him with you!

I picked him up at an antique fair.

At first I thought it was just a plain beetle necklace, but upon closer inspection (on the way home no less!) I realised his wings opened to reveal a lovely little clock!

No wonder the old lady who sold me it was going on about him needing new batteries hee hee.

The other necklace with the heart pendant - I picked that lovely up on my last visit to Vanille in Durban!

Worn with the comfiest boyfriend jeans I've ever come across (thanks Woolies!), Country Road tee, and white and blue striped blouse from Hospice charity store.
