Jil Sander SS11

Full of sharp cuts and colour blocks, stripes and maxi lengths.
Simple, feminine and so pretty.
Jil Sander's SS11 at LFW is OMG.
And all these acronym's are making me really LOL.
Have I lost my marbles, conversing in teenage technology talk?
Smiley face - colon, closed parenthesis.

lilac nails & petit four cafe

I hope you're all enjoying your Friday!

Fellow South Africans - how has your Heritage Day been?

This morning I met my mom & dad at Petit Four cafe for a breakfast of croissants and tea. It was positively scrummy! The cafe is nestled in the most gorgeous garden and home centre, myself and my mom spent ages walking around picking up little pieces for the house!

Also, loving my lilac nails at the moment - so feminine and Springy!

Off to have a braai now - YAY.

poor resolution memories are memories none the less

Snaps from the past couple weeks.

Poor photo quality due to the fact that they're off my phone - sincere apolgies!

* Taking in the sea views at the Oyster Box in Durban

* Bed hair and sweet tea in the morning

* A very tired Frankie on the roadtrip home to Joburg

* Tea at Deli Su Casa

* Cubans at the Chaka Bar, Oyster Box (cough cough!)

The best Apple in the World.

So I've been spending my Sunday morning looking through old photos. And I reluctantly opened up my America 2008 file - big mistake! Why, you ask, did I approach my snaps with such reluctance? Well it's just that whenever I look at them all I want to do is jump on a plane and recreate some more memories like these.
New York is one of my favourite city's, it goes without saying.
And I am planning another visit soon, hopefully.
Excuse the crap photo's - there are just so many and on this lazy Sunday morning I really didn't have the energy to choose my favourites.
Tsk tsk!
Hope you're all having lovely weekends.
And if any of you out there live in New York - damn you, damn you to hell I say!

What's up, Homes?

So I'm pretty darn excited about the arrival of my leather couches this week! I am now finally able to get my little shelter to the place I want it to be.

Do you like my little Mexican senorita by the way? She has a friend, and I love both of them!

I still have a bit of work to do on the place, so look forward to more posts!

Hope you're all having fabulous weekends.

go on...

Please accept my sincerest apologies for being an 'orrible blogger lately!
Work has been so busy, and so in this quiet stretch before I head home I thought I'd sucker punch work right in the ovaries and POST instead of WORK.
Naughty naughty.
